A better way through the work
Internal tools & integrations
Bring scheduling, approvals, and reporting into a workflow your team can actually follow.
Customer portals
Orders, account information, and useful self-service, with the right access controls.
Rapid prototypes
Put a focused working flow in front of real users before committing to a full application.
Application rescue
Understand what to keep, what to fix, and what needs a stronger foundation.
Planning ranges, subject to scope. Build timelines start at the agreed kickoff after discovery and access are ready. See pricing assumptions.
Picture the improvement
Your office books the job. The team updates it in the field. Approved details move to accounting. A focused connection can give everyone a clearer view of the work.
A service-business concept, not a completed engagement or a claim of measured results.

The Senior Stack approach
AI helps with repetitive implementation and first drafts. Senior engineers own the architecture, review the changes, and check the software against the way your business works.
See what goes into the deliveryHuman judgment stays in the loop, from the first decision to release approval.
From the first hello to handoff
Start with the people, the problem, and the systems involved.
Make scope, costs, and acceptance criteria clear.
Build, test, and demonstrate as the project progresses.
Launch with source, documentation, and an agreed support plan.
Good questions
A little clarity goes a long way.
Sometimes a better setup of an existing tool is enough. We use the free scoping call to understand the problem and discuss the simplest useful option.
Planning ranges are 3–6 weeks for an internal tool, 6–18 weeks for a customer portal, and 1–2 weeks for a prototype. Discovery, system access, and client decisions affect the schedule; your proposal sets the milestones.
The agreement defines ownership of custom deliverables. You receive the source code and documentation; third-party services and open-source components retain their own licenses.
Fixed-scope production builds include 30 days of defect coverage against the agreed scope. Enhancements, maintenance, and ongoing support can be arranged separately.
